The FRESH Advisory Board (FAB) advises FRESH on planning, policy development, fundraising, organizational development, and the evaluation of the executive director.
FAB members are often already part of the FRESH community and have time, skills, or wisdom to share in order to make our programs stronger.
FAB members attend monthly meetings, participate on a board committee, raise money, plan events, and volunteer to help maintain the FRESH gardens. If you are interested in joining the board or want to know more about board service, please email us at info@freshnewlondon.org
Meet Our Board!

Nicolo Festa has lived in New London since 2011. He joined the FRESH Advisory Board in 2019. FRESH’s commitment to food justice change through local agriculture, youth empowerment, and community activism motivated him to want to be part of this progressive organization. His interest in growing food and flowers started with his grandmother’s tiny urban garden plot in Union City, New Jersey and has been- with social justice-a lifelong passion.

David Iscoe is a local educator, comedian, and writer. He lives in New London and teaches writing, communication, and community engagement at a few different local colleges, and stand-up comedy with New London recreation. His FRESH garden plot is populated entirely by various hot peppers.

Regina Mosley has worked in the nonprofit sector as a community organizer, activist, and advocate for food and education justice. She is a youth, senior, and disability rights advocate and prides herself in helping the disempowered find their voices. Regina is a New London native and brings a nuanced set of skills and lived experience to the Board.
